Motion Control Engineer
Responsible for the R&D and implementation of lower limb exoskeleton control algorithms, developing gait, assistance, balance and other human-machine coordination algorithms, completing sensor data processing, real-machine debugging and mass production iteration. Requires 5+ years of relevant algorithm experience, proficiency in control algorithms and development tools, able to lead teams independently.
3. Proficient in common robot control algorithms such as PID, impedance control, adaptive control, gait planning, state machine control.
4. Familiar with sensor data fusion, attitude calculation, gait phase recognition, proficient in MATLAB/Simulink, C/C++, ROS and other tools.
5. Capable of real-machine debugging and problem troubleshooting, able to independently lead teams to complete algorithm R&D to mass production iteration.'>
Image Algorithm Engineer
Responsible for computer vision and deep learning algorithm reproduction, debugging and optimization, covering image detection, segmentation, stereo vision, SLAM and other directions; processing medical imaging data, tracking cutting-edge literature, using Python/C++ and mainstream frameworks to complete code development and experiments, writing technical documents. For fresh graduates / practitioners with less than 2 years of experience, requiring solid programming and mathematics skills, passion for CV and deep learning, with relevant project and framework experience preferred.
3. Theoretical Foundation: Solid mathematical foundation (linear algebra, probability theory, calculus) and basic knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
4. Technical Curiosity: Strong interest and desire to learn in deep learning, computer vision or robotics. Self-learning experience (such as online courses, personal projects) is preferred.
5. Logic and Problem-Solving Ability: Clear thinking, smart, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Teamwork and Communication: Good team spirit and communication skills, willing to accept guidance and able to clearly express ideas.
Preferred Qualifications (candidates meeting the following conditions will be given priority):
1. Excellent project experience or competition awards during school (such as Kaggle, ACM, mathematical modeling, etc.).
2. Experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow, or image processing libraries like OpenCV.
3. Understanding of basic concepts in machine learning and computer vision (such as Convolutional Neural Networks CNN).
4. Basic ability to read English literature.
Machine Vision Algorithm Engineer
Responsible for medical robot project requirement assessment, hardware/software solutions and vision hardware selection; developing machine vision and deep learning algorithms, implementing 3D reconstruction, positioning, detection and tracking functions, completing robot system software coding and debugging, and optimizing algorithms for real-world scenarios. Requires Master's degree or above, 2+ years of CV algorithm experience, proficiency in C++, understanding of QT and databases, familiarity with binocular vision, OpenCV/Halcon and mainstream deep learning frameworks, with good collaboration and stress resistance abilities.
3. In-depth understanding of binocular calibration principles, with experience in binocular stereo vision algorithm development preferred;
4. Familiar with one or more deep learning frameworks, familiar with image processing libraries such as OpenCV and Halcon, able to independently complete algorithm experiments, development and testing;
5. More than 2 years of experience in computer vision algorithm research or development;
6. Serious, responsible, good at cooperation and communication, able to actively face pressure and pursue growth.
Mechanical Engineer
Responsible for mechanical structure and mechanism solution design for medical robots, designing assembly and testing fixtures; following up prototype processing, assembly, trial production and providing technical support, writing technical documents and patents. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical related fields, fresh graduates welcome, proficient in robot structure design, mastering mechanical design, mechanics, processing technology and other knowledge, careful and responsible, good at collaboration, with medical robot experience preferred.
3. Proficient in mechanical design, mechanical principles, theoretical mechanics and processing technology;
4. Good at communication, patient and careful, with strong sense of responsibility and good team spirit;
5. Experience in medical robot design preferred.
